महाराष्ट्र के नासिक शहर में गोदावरी नदी के तट पर स्‍थित एक मंदिर है जो एेसा इकलौता शिव का स्थान है जहां उनके साथ परम भक्त नंदी नहीं हैं। ये है कपालेश्वर महादेव मंदिर।
