केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन से जुड़े अधिकारियों के मुताबिक फेल न करने नीति में बदलाव के बाद पढ़ने में कमजोर छात्र अब पांचवीं के बाद ही कक्षाओं में फेल होंगे।
